Aerobics for the queer community.
Queerobics is all about celebrating movement, joy, and feeling good!
Expect silly energy, classic tunes, disco lights, and a camp and cheesy workout!
Get ready to dance, sweat, and have fun in a welcoming and inclusive space.
In the class you will be led by Brinny in a synchronised aerobics routine. They will be at the front performing the moves and you will follow along. They will always offer adaptations if needed.
No previous dance experience is required by anyone! This class is all about being silly, doing what you can and having a laugh.
Wear whatever you are comfortable in and feel able to move your body in - stretchy clothing is best for freedom of movement. Of course feel free to wear bright colours, leotards, leg warmers, and sweat bands.
You can get changed there if you arrive early, there are gender neutral bathrooms on site.
Hydration is important so please bring a bottle of water.
There will be flashing lights and loud music. Please bring ear plugs and eyewear if you have noise/light sensitivities.
