An inclusive fitness class for the gays and theys.
It’s my mission to help the queer community find joy, kinship, and self connection through movement and exercise.
All of my classes prioritise wellbeing & body positivity, creating a safe and judgement free space for queer people to workout.
Queer Strength Club does things circuit style: 10 stations, 3 rounds, bring it on!
This is a structured strength training class incorporating mindfulness to help you build strength, learn compound movement patterns and feel good in mind and body. All abilities, genders, and fitness levels welcome. Adaptations available.
Wear whatever you are comfortable in and feel able to move your body in - stretchy clothing is best for freedom of movement.
You can get changed on site if you arrive a little beforehand - there are gender neutral toilets & one accessible toilet with a shower.
Hydration is important to please bring a water bottle - there's sinks at the gym to refill.
FMG Project 24 Kensington St, BN1 4AJ.
We're in the main gym. Head downstairs, then go left past the two picnic benches. You'll see a short hallway with two doors, we'll be in the one straight ahead.
There is a flight of stairs as you enter the building, with a wheelchair platform lift.
