MAXIMUM SUPPORT TAILORED TO YOU!
For those who want hands-on guidance with their fitness journey, deep structure, and a coach right in their pocket (hi!)
Your Goals: Whether it's building your gym confidence, getting fitter and stronger, preparing for or recovery from top surgery, or just wanting a trustworthy, compassionate, inclusive one-to-one coach - this one is for you.
The Reality: Most fitness approaches ignore how your brain works or don't respect your fluctuating energy levels. If you’ve struggled with all-or-nothing when it comes to exercise or not knowing where to start/what to do, this one is for you. We build a sustainable system that expects life to be life and allows us to show up imperfectly so we can make progress over time and have exercise become an integral part of our lives that actually makes us feel good!
What We Tackle: Building you a sustainable plan and system that supports your individual needs, wants and goals. One that rejects diet or hustle culture and focuses on what you need! We look at the things outside the gym too - like stress, sleep, and mental health - that are essential to preventing burnout.
What You Get: I create a fully comprehensive training plan based on your goals, build out a roadmap so we know what we're working towards and check in with you regularly to ensure we both know what's going well, what we need to adjust and adapt to continue building sustainable system.
My Approach: The priority is you feeling good in your brain and body. I build the plan and the support, while you have full autonomy to take ownership of your journey. It's all about regulation over reps, always.
Investment: £199 monthly
FITNESS SUPPORT AND WORKOUT PLANS FOR THE LGBTQIA+ COMMUNITY
Queer Strength Club (QSC) is your space to get strong, feel affirmed and find your tribe!
After building QSC in person down in Brighton we're now moving online to help more LGBTQIA+ people transform their relationship to fitness, the gym and themselves!
The Reality: Fitness spaces can be intimidating, binary and not inclusive. QSC is entirely different. It’s a space that celebrates difference, includes and affirms every brain and body. It's a beautiful neurodivergent-affirming, anti-diet culture space where no masking is ever required. Come as you are!
What We Tackle: That feeling of being alone in your fitness journey; you can find strength, affirmation and connection in community. Gym anxiety and the 'where do I start?' overwhelm is also such a common experience. We replace the 'no pain, no gain' myth with joy as resistance. Come as you are, have fun and feel uplifted by community.
What You Get: Clear, progressive workouts to build strength and confidence, at home or in the gym. Accessible and affirming! Plus a community to cheer you on, virtually body double with each other and share the journey along the way! You'll also get access to a bunch of resources to support you including so many banging playlists from me!
Sustainable Approach: We are not here to go hard or go home. We're here to honour our energy and build sustainable systems so exercise can boost our lives rather than drain us! It's about building a system that bends so it doesn’t break, allowing you to show up as you are - whether you're at 100% or 5% capacity.
The Community: After a year of teaching QSC in person in Brighton, I’ve brought this magic online. It’s a place to have fun, get strong, and finally feel safe in a fitness environment.
Investment: £39 a month and pay £30 extra for monthly 1:1 check-ins with me.
Choosing where to start is often the hardest part - it's okay to feel a little overwhelmed!
If you're still not sure whether 1:1 or the group club is the right fit, don't worry. Just drop me a message and we'll figure it out together.
