I’m an AuDHD, non-binary coach, facilitator, consultant, and speaker helping people and organisations build environments where humans can actually function, participate, and feel safe enough to grow.
I work across workplace wellbeing, inclusive facilitation, movement, and community spaces - combining lived experience with practical tools that support sustainable wellbeing and psychological safety.
Whether I’m coaching someone 1:1, facilitating a workshop, or consulting with an organisation, the goal stays the same:helping people feel more at home in themselves and the spaces around them.
I spent the first decade of my career working in journalism and media as a Producer and Journalist for organisations including the BBC and The Guardian.
On paper, things looked successful.
But behind the scenes, I was burnt out, overwhelmed, and navigating a world that I didn’t yet realise wasn’t built for my brain or nervous system.
After later being diagnosed as AuDHD and coming out as non-binary, a lot of my experiences suddenly made sense.
I realised the biggest barrier to wellbeing often isn’t motivation, discipline, or mindset.
It’s whether people feel safe, supported, and able to participate as themselves.
That realisation changed the direction of my work completely.
Everything I do is grounded in one principle:
Because when people feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or psychologically unsafe, participation becomes harder.
So rather than expecting people to constantly adapt themselves to systems, I focus on helping create environments that are:
Whether that’s:
the goal is always the same:
to reduce friction, increase safety, and help people engage more sustainably.

I work across:
I’ve delivered work for organisations including Calm, Champion Health, CEDEP, Not A Phase, GOSH Charity, and community spaces across the UK.
I care about building spaces where:
Because things can be built differently.
And I know that because I’ve lived it.
