Everybody deserves to feel good and have access to wellbeing spaces. That's why my coaching is inclusive, accessible and affirming so you feel seen, heard and celebrated.
I coach people one-to-one, in small groups and large teams, through accessible fitness, movement and mindfulness practices. The difference being that I challenge the traditional ways we've all been told to move our bodies and take care of our minds.
Especially for neurodivergent, disabled, queer and trans+ people. So I'm here to help you find joy, value and the life changing impacts movement and mindfulness can have on you.
My coaching is tailored to you and your needs. I want to help you feel more confident and comfortable in wellbeing and fitness environments, work towards your goals and understand how to adapt anything to support yourself mentally and physically.
My coaching style prioritises kindness, silliness and joy! We're throwing toxic fitness messaging and diet culture in the bin and moving towards creating joyful, affirming and positive experiences!
To manage my energy , I currently offer 2-4 60 minute slots per week for one-to-one clients.
Currently slots are 11am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays.
I use a sliding scale to charge for my 60 minute session starting from £50 to £65.
If you would like to work out with a buddy to make it more affordable please include that when you enquire.
