One-to-one coaching

Tailored to you.

Everybody has their unique training goals and wants to start exercising for different reasons. Brinny is passionate about helping people reframe their relationship to exercise so it can be a vital tool to boost mental health. So whether you want to feel more comfortable and confident working out in a gym environment, work towards your first pull up or build your biceps for some sweet gender euphoria, Brinny can support you in achieving your goals.

Moving your body should feel good, and my coaching style prioritises kindness. Body positivity is foundational to my work - we're throwing the toxicity of mainstream fitness culture in the bin, and replacing it with joy, laughter, and listening to our bodies. Your workouts will be tailor-made to take your individual needs into account.

As well as being a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, I'm an experienced life coach. I work with clients to bring positive change both in and out of the gym. Let's get those gains, boost our confidence, and embrace our authentic selves along the way!

In person sessions take place at FMG Project, the same gym where I teach Misfits and Queer Strength Club classes.

 To manage my energy , I currently offer 2-4 60 minute slots per week for one-to-one clients. 


Currently slots are 11am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays.

I use a sliding scale to charge for my 60 minute session starting from £50 to £65.

CONSULTATIONS

I like to schedule consultations with all new clients so we can get to know each other - we'll be spending time together each week so it's important that we're a good fit.


Don't worry, it's not an interview! It's mostly an opportunity for us to chat through your goals, discuss any injuries, and go over any specific details you want to share with me so I can support you.


You'll also get an idea of my coaching style and personality, so you can decide if it's right for you.
