This 1 hour event will be a space for you to connect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment. I will lead Mindfulness practices to help you regulate and connect with yourself.
This is a hybrid event so you can join online or in person.
Wear comfy clothes, and bring layers to keep warm.
Please bring a bottle of water, and any other essentials you might need.
