The world is so stressful right now, so join me in this safe and supportive space for queer and trans people to connect and co-regulate through guided mindfulness meditation.
An intimate and accessible guided mindfulness meditation event for the queer and trans community of Brighton.
You're invited to connect with yourself in a safe and supportive environment. Brinny will welcome you on arrival, and there will be time to settle in and get comfy.
They will then lead guided Mindfulness practices - including meditation and mindful movement, and invite you to journal afterwards if that feels like a helpful outlet for you.
Wear comfy clothes, and bring layers to keep warm.
Please bring a bottle of water, and any other essentials you might need, such as medication and fidget toys.
You're welcome to bring a notebook and pen as there will be an invitation to write.

Ring the bell on the street entrance to gain access. You can then come through to the ground floor studio straight ahead of you. The room is calming with neutral tones and natural light.
There will be yoga mats and bolsters to sit and lie on, and relaxing music will be played during the event. There is ramp access to the building. Full accessibility details are here.
